My Go-To Banana Smoothie

This nutritionally balanced banana smoothie is great for those that aren’t hungry first thing in the morning or need a meal-on-the-go. Filled with protein, good fats and fibre, this smoothie will keep you feeling satisfied until your mid-morning snack or even lunch.

Serves 1

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients

1 banana, fresh or frozen, chopped (frozen will add creaminess to your smoothie)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1/2 cup Greek yoghurt

1/3 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk

1 cup ice

Method

Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
