Not only is brekky my most favourite meal of the day it is also the most important!
I used to eat brekky super late in the day (I had control issues – more on that later!). It was not until I started forcing myself to eat brekky at a ‘normal’ time that I realised how good I would feel throughout the day! (Goodbye cranky, hungry Georgia and HELLO ready to kick some ass, productive Georgia!)
I used to avoid smoothies as I always thought I would be ravenous in an hours time but not with this super smoothie! Hint – I love to put oats in my smoothie to amp up the protein and to make it a more nourishing and balanced meal.
This brekky is perfect for early mornings when you don’t have time to create that piece of artwork for breakfast!
1/2 cup of oats or chocolate protein powder (as seen here)
1 squirt of honey
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of maca powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
A few tbsp’s of yogurt (I LOVE Barambah Organic Greek Yogurt. It is sooo creamy!)
1 cup of full cream milk
A few ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend away!
- Now go out and have the most beautiful day!
